At The PowrHost, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may require a refund. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Our refund policy is applicable for new customers only and is valid for 7 days from the date of the first payment. Refund requests can only be initiated if the product or service has not been delivered. To cancel an order or request a refund, you must submit a support ticket within this timeframe.
Refunds are available for shared hosting and Wordpress Hosting services if you are a first-time user of these services and are dissatisfied with their performance.
Refunds are not available for the following: Domains cloud hosting Indian Cloud Hosting Reseller hosting VPS hosting Premium addons Dedicated servers Payment gateway charges Refunds are also not applicable for any renewals.
All refund requests must first be submitted as a cancellation request and then followed up with a support ticket within the 7-day refund period. Refund requests will only be considered if there has been no violation of our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Once a refund is approved, the payment will be processed and credited to your bank account within 3-7 working days. The timeline depends on the payment gateway used, including Razorpay, Stripe, PayU Money, and Paytm.
As we operate as a service-based company, physical returns are not applicable.
